When you call to ask about Dog Walking the first thing for us to do is find out more about you, your dog and how you feel we can help.

Free Assessment

All new clients receive a free assessment for their dog. Head Walker Orla will come to meet you and your furry friend in person to take all your details and consider how to get the best walking experience for your dog.

When arranging your walks we aim to balance, not only the owners needs, but also each individual dogs character and walking style, finding them the right walking schedule so your dog can reach its full potential!

Creating the Plan... and then adapting the Plan

With the assessment complete it is time to allocate your dog to the correct walking group.

In the first weeks we aim to take a flexible approach, assessing your dog and discovering what skills your dog has before settling them into a solid routine or regular times and days.

When setting up groups walks there are a lot of factors to consider.  Just as humans like to make friends with some people... and avoid others!   It is important for us to see which dogs prefer to be together - who likes a good mess about and who likes to simply go for a long walk.  Using our knowledge of dog socialising and body language we aim to create stable and balanced groups of dogs that bring the best out in each other. In our process of constant assessment we are always ready to adapt and change the dynamic where required.
